Whistleblowing

Logi Service promotes integrity, legality, respect, and responsibility.

Employees and partners are expected to behave in accordance with these ethical standards.
For this reason, we closely monitor any conduct that is not aligned with our values. We have activated an internal channel to report any malpractice, risks or misconduct by colleagues, suppliers, customers and partners.

How to send a report
– In writing: Via the Digital PA platform.
– Direct meeting: With the Whistleblowing Committee (request via email to whistleblowing@logi-service.it).

Guarantees and protections
– Confidentiality: Logi Service guarantees maximum speed and secrecy in content management.
– Protection: The whistleblower is protected from any retaliation, as provided for by Legislative Decree 24/2023.
– External channel: In certain cases, Legislative Decree 24/2023 permits reporting directly to ANAC (National Anti-Corruption Authority).
